Matrix.

Matrix tournaments are new to Full Tilt Poker and cannot be found at any other room. In a matrix tournament, 9 entrants to the tournament are forced to play at 4 tables at once, with the prize pool being split between the 4 tables. There is also a prize for the player that performs best at all 4 tables.

Heads Up.

Pretty much exactly what it says on the tin. You play against one opponent in a heads up match until one player has all the chips and takes all the winnings. In these games you are playing for each other's buy-in for the tournament. The prizes aren't as great, but the games are quick and exciting.

Satellites.

These work in the same way as the big MTT satellites. However, the fact that there are less players means that you can only win your way into smaller tournaments, or you will have to win a series of satellites before you can win your way into the much bigger tournaments for bigger prizes.
